About The Practice & Role
- 1 Surgeon, 1 NP/Injector
- Plastic Surgery & MedSpa office offering cosmetic plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as med spa, laser, skincare, and aesthetic injectable treatments
- Patient Volume: 40-50 patients on busy day (both providers in office), 20-30 patients on slow day (1 provider in office)
- Seeking Front Desk Coordinator / Patient Concierge to be the first point of contact for patients
- This role sets the tone for the patient experience and reflects the values of the practice
- The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and confident in delivering five-star service in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Reason for opening: promotion from within
- 1 years of Front Desk Coordinator / Patient Concierge experience
- Prior experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa, or aesthetics is required
- Candidates must have knowledge of plastic surgery procedures, injectable treatments, and/or skin care and laser services
- Bilingual is preferred
- EMR experience is required – practice utilizes NexTech
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, and manage financial transactions
- Maintain accurate patient records in EMR system
- Support surgery and consultation scheduling with precision and attention to detail
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Assist with daily office operations, inventory, and administrative tasks
- Provide concierge-level service to patients throughout their visit
