Clinic hiring for temporary HR generalist to cover a leave through May
FULLY ONSITE
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM, 1-hour for lunch
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Human Resources experience
- 1 year of Recruitment experience
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Build a diverse and inclusive team by leading end-to-end talent recruiting and partnering closely with our hiring managers and leadership to understand and support their hiring needs
- Be a support for all employees and respond to any employee questions or concerns
- Manage the new hire onboarding process
- Oversee open enrollment, following up with employees for completion
- Filing performance review documents into employee records
- Send out compensation adjustment memos
- Collect and maintain all employee data
- Administer leaves of absences
- Assisting in communicating policies and procedures to employees
- Foster a positive employee experience
