Donor Relations Specialist for a Non-Profit Organization Type: temporary until January 30, 2026Schedule: M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm - 2 days hybrid/3 days in office Pay Rate: $24-$29/hr RequirementsAt least two years of professional experience in development, administrative support or comparable field.Proficient in use of CRM database. Experience in Salesforce a plus.Experience in gift entry required.Skilled in Microsoft Office programs with strong experience in ExcelResponsibilities:Gift Processing: In-House Checks and ACH. Process and import daily in-house check and ACH batches into Salesforce. Make any adjustments after review and commit batches daily to keep up with expected gift processing schedules.Review web donation records for donor contact and gift attribution information and import updates into Salesforce when appropriate.Data entry and clean-up: Review donor information for accuracy and correct appropriately, update donor communication preferences, and enter new gift and campaign data....Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
