- $200,000-$210,000 annually, based on experience
What You’ll Do
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the organization’s dental program:
- Serve as the primary clinical authority for dental standards, quality assurance, and clinical protocols
- Oversee provider supervision, peer review, and infection prevention
- Ensure safe, ethical, evidence-based, patient-centered oral health care
- Lead workforce development, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning
- Drive community oral health initiatives and academic partnerships
- Maintain an active patient care schedule and provide direct patient care
- Collaborate across dental-medical services and with operations leadership
What You Bring
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Rhode Island dental license
- Minimum 5 years as a practicing clinician
- Minimum 3 years in senior or director-level clinic management
- Pediatric dentistry experience preferred
- Primary/family care or similar outpatient operations experience a plus
- Experience with EHR and practice management systems a plus
