Commercial & Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) — Fully Remote

100% REMOTE (equipment provided)
Part-Time — 3 days per week, 9am-5pm

We are currently seeking a part-time Commercial & Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a growing insurance agency with a small, close-knit team environment. This is a fully remote position — no in-office or hybrid requirement. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task, work as a team player and possess excellent customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Issue Binders and Certificates of Insurance.
• Process Policy Changes and Endorsements.
• Rate new business and renewals.
• Update and utilize AMS360 (agency management system). Will train for the right candidate.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate with clients in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• 1-2 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience with a retail broker / independent agency

• Areas of Expertise: Casualty / General Liability, Personal Auto, Small Business / BOP, Personal Liability / Personal Umbrella, Commercial Auto, Homeowners & Renters, Umbrella / Excess Liability, High Value Homes
