- Location: Hartford, CT
- Position is responsible for the Recertification process for Project Based Section 8 tenants for the company’s Hartford properties
- Process verifications, calculations, rental calculation notices, and work with EIVs
- Previous experience processing verifications, performing calculations, handing out rental calculation notices, and working with EIVs is necessary for this position.
- Fluent Spanish speaker
- Previous experience with PROJECT BASED SECTION 8 “recerts”
- Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
