Bilingual Patient Service Representative
Location: Meriden, CT
Hours: Full-Time; 40hours/week on site
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Job Description
-Greet and assist patients while providing excellent customer service.
-Schedule appointments, manage calls, and maintain accurate patient records.
-Verify insurance, collect payments, and support patient needs.
-Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
-Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
-Associate’s degree, medical office/assistant certification, or 2 years patient services experience.
-Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
-Healthcare experience preferred.
-Bilingual in English & Spanish required.
-Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
