Shifts Available: Full Time OR Part Time
Full Time:
- 2nd Shift, 3pm-11pm - Week 1: Sunday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, Week 2: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday
- 2nd Shift 3pm-11pm - Week 1: Sunday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, Week 2: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday
Part Time:
- 2nd Shift - Week 1: Monday 7a-3p, Friday/Saturday 3p-11p, Week 2: Sunday/Friday 3p-11p
- 1st Shift - 7am-3pm - Week 1: Sunday/Monday/Thursday, Week 2: Monday/Friday/Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide care within a group home setting to various individuals with disabilities
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, housekeeping, cooking, and recreational activities.
- Working closely with individuals to help them become more independent and meet personal goals.
- Engage individuals within the community by assisting with finding community activities they enjoy and encouraging involvement
- Work closely with other employees to ensure safe and warm home environment.
- Develop positive rapport/relationship with individuals.
- Implement approved behavioral programs as outlined in applicable ISP’s/treatment plans, as a means to assist individuals with problem solving and achieving self-control.
- Guide individuals with money management.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and documenting teaching plans/strategies, psychotropic medication treatment plans and behavioral interventions as designated in each individual’s ISP, as well as in completing documentation, daily entries in staff notes, logs, communication books, and other required paperwork, etc. in accordance with current protocol for the residence.
- Remain awake and alert for the duration of each scheduled shift unless position is specified as night asleep. Overnight personnel are required to complete hourly call-in protocol.
- Must remain on duty until proper coverage has arrived and required information is passed on.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or one year of experience in a related field
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to complete all onboarding requirements
Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
