Welders will layout, fit, and weld components working as part of a broader team, responsible for manufacturing plant designs, fabrication, assembly and installing machines used in food processing. This position is approximately 50% TIG welding and 50% MIG welding.Monday – Thursday, 5am to 3pm. MIG/TIG Welder Responsibilities:Read complex blueprints and apply relevant information to form sheet metalSet up equipment and weld parts, using arc, mig, tig, and/or gas welding equipmentRepair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.Examine welded components for defects; repair parts to ensure each meets our high standardsMIG/TIG Welder Requirements:2 years of MIG/TIG welding experience, ideally gained in a smaller shop with multiple setups throughout the dayAbility to read complex blueprints and manufacturing ordersCompany DescriptionCompleteStaff is an employment agency who's goal is to completely understand our client needs and match them to the skills and interests of our applicants.
