Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments and future visits for patients and doctors.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Provide support to other departments as needed while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
