What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welder - TIG position at Complete Separator Services?
We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder / Millwright to join our team. This role involves precision TIG welding, equipment installation, machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in industrial and manufacturing settings. The ideal candidate can interpret blueprints, fabricate components and install, maintain and repair mechanical systems while meeting strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Preform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel and other alloys. Red and interpret blueprints, welding symbols and technical drawings. Fabricate, fit and assemble metal components to precise specifications. Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. Use precision measuring instruments and alignment tools. Operate welding, fabrication, and rigging equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Technical training or apprenticeship in welding, millwright, or industrial maintenance preferred. Preferred minimum of 3 years of TIG welding and/or industrial millwright experience. Proficient in TIG welding stainless steel and aluminum. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as needed.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
