What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Branch Manager position at Complete Resource Management?
Complete Resource Management is a full scale recycling company. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager in day-to-day branch operations, at our Valdosta, GA., Manufacturing Facility. We manufacture Organic Mulches, Compost, and Top Soils This is a "Boots on the Ground" fast paced role, that will require hands on labor tasks the majority of the time, the ability to work in all weather conditions and the ability to adapt to change and growth daily. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and timely movements of both inbound and outbound products in the yard and oversight of Production Lines. In particular, the individual should have the knowledge and abilities to operate the various equipment in a way that promotes efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment safely and effectively. This position reports to the Branch Manager.
Qualifications
- Strong background in inventory management and control
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain operations
- Experience with supply chain management tools
- Ability to analyze root causes and implement solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of warehouse management and materials handling
- Familiarity with transportation management and distribution center operations
- Tech Savy and basic office knowledge is a requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
