Job description:
Complete Quality is seeking for a Warehouse Working Lead to provide contract-based warehouse support services for our Wayfair location in Aberdeen. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity ideal for a safety-conscious professional with experience in warehouse logistics.

Compensation: Approx. $21.00 hourly| Paid weekly via 1099
Shift:
7am to Finish, Sun- Wednesday
Job Summary:
As a Working Lead, you will be expected to be in constant professional communication with customer management and unloaders/material handlers/general laborers. Your primary role as Working Lead will be maintaining order and continued production on the floor throughout the day. It is necessary that you be the first and last on site each day, reliable transportation for this role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
-Start day by passing out the loads and getting the lumpers assigned to their loads
-Lead will be responsible for preshift/end of shift recaps
-Entry of all loads into lumperlink for all contractors to bid on in real time.
