What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position at Complete Pulmonary Rehab?
The primary function is to provide psycho social support to the patient based on an assessment that identifies the needs, goals, interventions, and services indicated in accordance with the established plan of care and to utilize professional training and personal judgment in monitoring the psycho social assessment process. CPR certification required. TB Skin Test required. Occasional travel between our Little Rock and Hot Springs office. Able to make your own schedule. New patients must be seen by social services within their first 10 visits.
