Complete Property Management Solutions is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant within a 35-mile radius of Kirkwood, MO. The leasing consultant role at Complete Property Management Solutions has an excellent position for an individual looking to take advantage of the flexibility and earning potential a thriving real estate career can provide. The leasing consultant primarily offers outstanding customer service to build positive relationships with our current and future residents. DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant include:
- Collect and maintain accurate records of tenants placed
- Manage guest inquiries, showings, tenant screenings, and tenant applications
- Maintain all account records and transactions in AppFolio Property Management Software
- Coordinate formal notices such as move-in balances owed, lease expectations, communications, etc.
- Coordinate property photos, property listing, and feedback from showings
- Conduct move-in walkthroughs with tenants for newly leased properties
- Provide exceptional communication and follow-up with all residents and fellow team members
- Lend support to fellow team members when needed as it pertains to items relating to tenant relations, owner relations, and leasing
- Participate in company-organized charitable volunteer events
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent is required; current driver's license with a clean driving record is required; 2 years of property management experience or leasing experience utilizing AppFolio or equivalent property management software is perferred; strong understanding of Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Base Salary starting at $40,000 $5k-$15k leasing and performance bonus
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 9AM to 7PM
- Weekend and after hours availability
