Complete Property Maintenance is a leading landscape maintenance and installation company known for professionalism, high-quality work, and strong client relationships.
The Landscape Install Foreman will lead the team to implement the design plans created by landscape designers by installing plant and hardscape materials.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead installation crews in the field
- Interpret and execute landscape plans accurately
- Coordinate daily work schedules, materials, and equipment needs
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on all job sites
- Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and clients
- Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and workmanship
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and compactors
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in landscape installation or construction
- 1 year of crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation, grading, drainage, pavers, and hardscapes
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
