Duties:
- Conduct pest control inspections and identify infestations
- Determine the type of pests and the extent of the infestation
- Develop and implement effective pest control plans
- Use power tools and hand tools to apply pesticides and other pest control treatments
- Install traps, baits, and other pest control devices
- Seal off entry points to prevent pests from entering buildings
- Provide recommendations to clients on how to prevent future infestations
- Maintain accurate records of pest control activities
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of pests, their behavior, and control methods
- Ability to operate power tools and farm machinery
- Proficiency in using hand tools for pest control tasks
- Experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address pest issues
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
This position requires the ability to drive to different locations for pest control services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring effective pest control measures are implemented.
