Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and potential vulnerabilities.
- Apply pest control treatments using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively.
- Educate customers on pest prevention strategies, including lawn care, landscaping, and agricultural best practices.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring optimal results.
- Drive company vehicles to service appointments, maintaining a clean driving record and safe driving habits.
- Promote and sell pest control services, lawn care packages, and related products to new and existing clients.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and customer interactions for accountability and follow-up.
Requirements
- Proven experience or familiarity with sales techniques, pest control methods, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles to various locations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients.
- Willingness to learn about pest control products, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed.
- Prior experience with land management or farming equipment is a plus but not required. Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
