What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Associate position at Complete Paint and Supplies?
Employee will be responsible for walk-in traffic as well as answering phone calls promptly; Answering customers paint related questions, educating them when opportunity arises and taking their orders (phone & walk in) and/or ringing up their orders (walk-in). Employee will also assist in product ordering, maintaining inventory levels as well as keeping the work space in clean working order. A Valid Michigan drivers license required to assist with the occasional local area deliveries. Employee will also be responsible for mixing paint and color matches along with receiving orders and stocking inventory. Industry knowledge a plus along with the ability to lift 40 to 50lbs.

We are a family owned business that has built our reputation on service, knowledge, integrity and the ability to handle customers needs and requests. Certain times of the year the hours and days can be long and very busy so being comfortable standing is a must. Most major holidays we are closed along with Sunday. We do work Saturday but the hours are shorter (8am to noon) and we rotate employees. We work as a team and it is expected that every member of the team be willing to tackle any of the tasks that need to get done.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
