We are seeking an experienced Ethernet and Fiber Infrastructure Cabling Technician Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge and expertise in designing, installing, testing, and maintaining complex Ethernet and fiber optic cabling systems. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, test, and maintain Ethernet and fiber optic cabling systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair complex cabling issues
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine cabling requirements
- Develop and implement cabling plans and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand cabling needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Ethernet and fiber optic cabling
- Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., RCDD, CFOT, FOA)
- Strong knowledge of cabling standards and best practices
- Experience with cable testing and troubleshooting equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
