Compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour (Depending on experience and skill level)

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, dedicated, and detail-oriented Mobile Detailer to join our network as an independent contractor. While we will train you on our specific company standards and quality expectations to ensure consistency, we are looking for a seasoned professional who already knows the craft and can hit the ground running. You will travel to various locations, providing premium detailing services and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Core Requirements
* Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in professional auto detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coatings. (Entry-level candidates requiring fundamental detailing training will not be considered).
* Equipment: You are expected to have your own functional mobile detailing setup (e.g., vehicle, water supply, power source, polishers, vacuums, and professional-grade chemicals). Note on Equipment: If you are missing specific pieces of equipment, we offer flexible leasing options directly through the company.
Responsibilities
* Safely navigate to various client locations to provide scheduled, high-quality mobile detailing services.
* Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing, including washing, waxing, and deep-cleaning upholstery, carpets, and dashboards.
* Execute advanced buffing and polishing techniques to remove imperfections and restore exterior shine.
* Prep vehicles and professionally apply ceramic coatings.
* Utilize and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in excellent, safe working condition.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area during the detailing process, leaving no trace behind at client locations.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
* BONUS: Apply window tinting as needed to enhance privacy and reduce heat inside the vehicle.
Skills & Qualifications
* Expert knowledge of professional wash procedures, paint correction, and detailing products.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a strict commitment to maintaining vehicles to our high company standards.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
* A genuine passion for cars and delivering top-tier quality in every job.
* Familiarity with window tinting processes is a strong plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and twist for extended periods.
* Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.

Compliance & Legal
* Independent Contractor Status: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own tax withholdings, insurance, and compliance with local regulations.
* Background & MVR Check: Offers of contract partnership may be contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, in compliance with federal and state laws.
