What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Piping Designer position at Complete Mechanical?
Complete Mechanical Services is an award-winning Industrial General Contractor located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Founded over 25 years ago, we provide innovative solutions including capabilities in Project and Construction Management, 3D Scanning & Design, Shop Prefabrication, Plumbing and Civil/Site work.
We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Piping Designer to join our team, working on commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and maintain detailed piping drawings and 3D models for fabrication using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
- Utilize FARO scanning technology.
- Assist in the preparation of Plant3D specs and catalogs using the Spec Editor.
Required Job Skills
- Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, Construction Management or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software (Plant 3D, Revit or Navisworks experience).
- Knowledge of piping systems, mechanical design principles, and relevant codes and standards .
