Mail Services Specialist

Overview

Complete Management Solutions (CMS) is a provider of Workplace Support Services. These services include, but are not limited to document services, mail services & reception services. At CMS, we aim to deliver exceptional client experiences keeping our clients workplace working!

We are currently looking for a Mail Services Specialist who will be responsible for processing all mail functions including, but not limited to print & copy, messenger, courier, fulfillment, and distribution of all incoming & outgoing mail products & services. Other responsibilities and qualifications are detailed below:

Responsibilities:

· Operating functional equipment; including metering, x-ray, inserting (where applicable) and other equipment. Digital mail strongly preferred

· Receive, sort, open, scan, weigh, deliver/distribute, and pick up incoming and outgoing work.

· Stage work for courier pickup including required manifest(s) and documentation.

· Basic record keeping and tracking of data as required by management.

· Identify receipt of tampered work and escalate as appropriate.

.Handling of specialized items and more complex inquiries, including extensive research

. Resolving discrepencies and performing escalations

Qualifications:

· Ability to follow directions and follow through on tasks.

· Good customer service skills.

· Able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment.

· Detail and deadline oriented with strong emphasis on safeguarding all personal and confidential information.

· General understanding of Microsoft Office products; including Outlook (email system).

· Scanning experience is a plus.

. Attention to detail is a must.

· Must be comfortable with use of basic business technology.

· Good oral and written communication skills.

· Able to lift and push items of significant weight (up to 50 lbs).

· Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Prior experience in a mail production environment preferred.

Full Time:

Salary $22.00-$23.00 Per Hour
