Complete Landsculpture is seeking an ambitious Landscape Sales Consultant to join our team and sell $1M /year of successful Residential & Commercial Sales. This position requires knowledge in design and installation of landscape and hardscape. Our Sales Consultants work with Homeowners, Independent Landscape Architects and Designers, Custom Home Builders and Developers. We are an award-winning design build firm and looking for only the best team members to join our organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Consultants will meet with Clients initially to determine what their goals are and what they want to achieve with their landscape project. Once you have met with the Client, the Sales Consultant responsible for collaboration of a master plan or design that meets the client’s needs. The Sales Consultant is responsible for seeing the project from design stages through construction hand off and assist during completion creating a relationship with clients to continue future landscape projects.
Required Skills:
- Landscape Consultant with Residential Landscape and Hardscape concepts.
- Complete Landsculpture also has a Pool Division; any pool experience would be helpful, but will also be trained.
- College or Associate's Degree preferred
- Must be creative and have strong design skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to keep up with Client data base
- Have extensive knowledge of local plant materials
- Have a strong understanding of landscape and hardscape installation and be open to training, collaboration and teamwork.
Compensation:
- Sales Consultants are provided with cell phone
- Monthly mileage reimbursement
- Base Salary with commission paid on Gross Margin on sale

Salary : $63,600 - $80,500
