What You’ll Be Doing:

Installation of heavy glass shower doors (3/8" and 1/2"), custom shelving, and large-scale mirrors.

Ensuring every project is "First-Time Complete" by verifying site readiness and structural backing.

Communicating professionally with homeowners to explain installation details and maintain a clean job site.

Mentoring an apprentice/helper to maintain CIP’s high standard of excellence.
The Requirements:

You are organized, punctual, and keep a clean truck.

You can "see" the finished product and anticipate layout issues before they happen.

You are a wizard with a tape measure (down to the 1/16").

Clean Driving Record: Safety is non-negotiable.

Previous experience in glass, high-end trim carpentry, or precision remodeling is highly preferred.
