Tow Truck Driver – Night Shift!
No Experience? We’ll Train You. No CDL? No Problem.

We’re looking for dependable people who want to drive trucks, work independently, solve problems, and make every night a little different.
Never driven a tow truck before?
PERFECTLY FINE.
We offer PAID TRAINING, and NO CDL IS REQUIRED.
Bring us a good driving record, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn — we’ll teach you the rest.
THE SHIFT
9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Full-Time
Two Weekdays Off
Yes, you'll be working while most people are sleeping.
The upside?
Less traffic. No cubicle. No boss staring over your shoulder every five minutes. And you'll spend your night actually doing something.
WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY DO?
Your main responsibility will be towing vehicles that are illegally parked on private properties.
You'll also handle calls for:
- Police departments
- Commercial customers
- The general public
- Roadside assistance
And don't worry — we don't throw you the keys on Day 1 and say "good luck."
You'll receive PAID hands-on training on how to:
- Operate a tow truck safely
- Load and secure vehicles
- Perform vehicle lockouts
- Change flat tires
- Jump-start dead batteries
- Properly complete towing paperwork and reports
You'll also complete a pre-trip inspection before each shift and keep your truck and equipment clean and organized.
YOU WON'T BE DRIVING A DINOSAUR !
Nobody wants to work a 10-hour night shift in a truck held together by duct tape and hope.
Our trucks are newer and well maintained.
Even better, we have full-time, in-house mechanics who keep our fleet on the road.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You DO NOT need towing experience.
We're more interested in finding someone who is:
Reliable. Teachable. Professional. Mechanically inclined. And willing to WORK.
Here's what you'll need:
- Must be 25 or older
- Must be able to work 9 PM – 7 AM full-time
- Two or fewer points on your driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
- No violent felony convictions
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Basic mechanical skills
- Legible handwriting
- Clean and professional appearance
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
IMPORTANT: MARIJUANA
We're going to save everyone some time and be very clear:
MARIJUANA USE IS NOT PERMITTED FOR THIS POSITION.
Even if marijuana is legal where you live, applicants for this position must meet our company's drug-testing requirements and applicable DOT requirements.
You must be able to pass the required pre-employment drug screening.
