Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Staff Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering evidence-based care, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is committed to ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create customized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and performance-based interventions.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment strategies, injury prevention, and long-term performance improvement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including physical therapists, strength coaches, and healthcare partners—to optimize outcomes.
• Document all patient encounters in accordance with practice and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to clinic culture by supporting mentors, participating in case reviews, and engaging in continuing education.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong skills in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation; manual therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-education skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented setting.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and evidence-based practice.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with athletic populations or performance-based rehab.
• Certifications or special interests in areas such as:
• Dry needling
• Strength & conditioning
• Manual therapy (e.g., Maitland, Mulligan, SFMA, FMS)
• Return-to-sport rehab
• Passion for creating a motivating, energetic, and positive patient experience.
