Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Staff Physical Therapist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create customized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and performance-based interventions.
- Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment strategies, injury prevention, and long-term performance improvement.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including physical therapists, strength coaches, and healthcare partners—to optimize outcomes.
- Document all patient encounters in accordance with practice and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to clinic culture by supporting mentors, participating in case reviews, and engaging in continuing education.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong skills in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation; manual therapy experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-education skills.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented setting.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and evidence-based practice.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with athletic populations or performance-based rehab.
- Certifications or special interests in areas such as:
- Dry needling
- Strength & conditioning
- Manual therapy (e.g., Maitland, Mulligan, SFMA, FMS)
- Return-to-sport rehab
