Physical Therapist Job in North Chelmsford, MA

Complete Game Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing, PT-owned private practice. Our clinic is built on the belief that physical therapists should practice like the doctoring professionals they are—not productivity machines in a corporate system. We specialize in treating athletes and active individuals, while also helping a wide range of motivated patients return to daily activity and high levels of performance. Operating under a true one-on-one treatment model, our therapists spend meaningful time with each patient to deliver individualized, high-quality care.

Complete Game Physical Therapy is growing and looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to build a rewarding career in an environment that prioritizes clinical excellence, mentorship, and professional respect. Our patients show up ready to work, and our therapists are empowered to provide the highest level of care. New graduates are welcome and supported through hands-on mentorship and clinical development opportunities.

Why Choose Complete Game Physical Therapy

  • Highest Compensation Potential: Our compensation model rewards performance and growth, offering the opportunity to earn well into six figures as your career develops.
  • Mentorship & Professional Development: New and recent graduates receive hands-on mentorship, case discussions, and direct guidance from experienced clinicians.
  • Manageable Productivity Expectations: We are not a high-volume clinic. Our focus is on delivering quality care, not rushing patients through appointments.
  • True One-on-One Patient Care: Every patient is treated individually with their physical therapist, allowing for stronger relationships and better outcomes.
