Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair new and rebuilt production-line equipment. This role is critical to minimizing downtime, supporting safe operations, and ensuring equipment meets performance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on production and assembly equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Install and maintain water, compressed air piping, ductwork, and electrical conduit
• Diagnose equipment failures using diagrams, manuals, and precision measuring instruments
• Repair or replace defective components using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts
• Fabricate parts for in-house use using machine shop tools and equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate maintenance needs across teams
• Monitor equipment inventories and report supply needs
• Promote cost control and safe work practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
• 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of three-phase electricity and low-voltage control circuits
• Ability to size electrical wiring based on load requirements
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Above-average math skills including fractions and precision measurement
• Safe operation of standard hand and power tools

Preferred Experience

• Experience with industrial gas furnaces or glass manufacturing equipment
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed

• Weekend day shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:30am – 5:30 pm
