CRM Architect

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Level Data Analyst to join our team in Lehi, UT. In this role, you will play a key part in tracking and auditing the status of insurance sales across our pipeline — ensuring our records are accurate, up to date, and actionable.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, curious, and eager to build a career in data and business operations. You do not need prior experience in data analytics or the insurance industry — we will teach you everything you need to know through hands-on, on-the-job training.

You will work closely with our Director of Operations, using a set of industry-leading tools to monitor deal progress, flag discrepancies, and produce clear reporting that drives smarter business decisions.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 per year

• Audit and monitor the status of insurance sales from initial lead through policy issuance using our CRM platform, GoHighLevel
• Maintain and update tracking records in Google Sheets to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all stages of the sales pipeline
• Use Claude (AI) to assist with data summarization, drafting reports, and identifying patterns or anomalies in sales data
