We are looking for a Quality Person to Train as a Technician for our Water Damage Restoration Company, located in Lebanon, IN. You will be working in People's homes helping them after Damage from Water. These can be both Plumbing and Weather Related. It is a Stressful time for a Homeowner, much like having your Car Break down unexpectedly.en needed.

We are an Emergency Services Company, so there are On-Call Evening and Weekend Hours involved.

Rapid Pay increases over First 18 - 24 Months as you complete Training Milestones.

We need Caring, Hardworking People to care for our Customers' Homes and let the customer know that we will Restore their Home to Pre-loss Condition.

We have been in business for 25 Years.

New and Well-maintained Equipment

Company Vehicle to Drive during Work Hours.

Increasing Production Bonus and Accelerated Hourly Raise as Phases of Training are Completed.

$20 / Hr to Start - $1 / Hr Raise every 60 Days, for the First 6 Months.

This can be a Career for someone willing to Invest of themselves in the Training, After Completing Training you will make $45,000 / First Year. Over $50,000 2nd Year.
