This is a full-time, on-site position for a Construction Assistant, based in Thonotosassa, FL. The Construction Assistant will help manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects, support site coordination, ensure projects remain on schedule, and assist with budgeting tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with team members, organizing project documentation, and supporting the Project Manager in ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards on-site.
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with project teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Construction Site Management and knowledge of safety protocols
- Highly developed Organization Skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Project Management and Budgeting to support project execution and cost management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment
- Understanding of construction operations and equipment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is desirable
