Position Overview
You are the unseen architect of movement, flow, and connection. As our Senior Civil Engineer, you shape how people, water, and energy move through the land, transforming raw ground into living systems that work in harmony with both nature and human experience. You don’t just design infrastructure, you choreograph place.
Your Role
- Lead civil design for grading, utilities, stormwater, and streetscapes.
- Mentor junior engineers in values-based, technically precise design.
- Collaborate closely with landscape, structural, and architectural teams to shape integrated, functional environments.
- Engage clients and municipalities with technical clarity and emotional integrity.
- Build relationships with the development community.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the design of civil systems including site utilities, stormwater management, roadway infrastructure, and grading plans.
- Coordinate across disciplines to ensure cohesive site development.
- Support municipal submittals, permitting processes, and regulatory approvals.
- Guide and mentor emerging engineers with steady leadership and a collaborative spirit.
- Promote sustainable, resilient infrastructure solutions with long-term community impact.
Qualifications
- 8 years of professional civil engineering experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- Deep technical knowledge of grading, stormwater, utility design, and site development.
- Strong project leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Emotionally intelligent communicator with a calm, grounded presence.
- Alignment with sustainable practices and community-minded engineering.

Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000/year, DOE
