What You’ll Do
- Manage insurance aging and follow up to ensure timely payments
- Contact insurance companies and patients to resolve claims and collect balances
- Present and close treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and organization
- Work closely with doctors to meet monthly goals
- Close high-ticket dental cases
- Follow up with warm leads
- Build trust, handle objections, and help patients say yes to confidence
Who You Are
- Confident and composed communicator who takes the lead naturally
- Persuasive and results-oriented, comfortable closing conversations
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-focused
- Sales-minded, motivated to help patients move forward with care
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Dental or medical office experience with billing or treatment coordination is a plus
