Associate Dentist – Private Practice
Dr. Scarborough and his experienced team are seeking an associate dentist to join our established private practice serving the Spokane, Washington, and Kellogg, Idaho, communities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to practice comprehensive dentistry, continue developing clinically, and have the freedom to treat patients without the limitations often found in larger corporate practices.
Our offices provide a full range of dental care, from routine restorative treatment to complex, comprehensive cases, including:
- Restorative dentistry
- Crown and bridge
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Endodontics
- Oral surgery
- Implant dentistry
- Full-mouth reconstruction
Dr. Scarborough is a highly skilled clinician who enjoys teaching and is willing to share his experience through mentorship and hands-on guidance. We welcome experienced dentists as well as motivated dentists who want to broaden their clinical abilities and grow into more advanced procedures.
Compensation and Earning Potential
- 32%–34% of collections
- No deductions or add-backs for laboratory expenses or supplies
- Guaranteed minimum of $800 per day
- Historical associate earnings have ranged from more than $200,000 annually to approximately $300,000, depending on clinical skill, productivity, and schedule
- Our current associate has earned close to $300,000 while working three days per week
The position is available four days per week, providing significant additional earning potential for a productive dentist. These figures are based on actual associate performance and are not guaranteed.

Schedule
This is a four-day-per-week position, Monday through Thursday:
- Three days per week in our Spokane, Washington, office
- One day per week in our Kellogg, Idaho, office
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Washington and Idaho dental licenses, or the ability to obtain them
- Ability to obtain the required professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive dentistry
- Desire to continue learning and developing clinically
