We're looking for an Associate Dentist who's ready to show up, do excellent dentistry, and take pride in serving the full Brooklyn community.

What the Role Actually Looks Like

This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You'll see a full schedule with a real mix of patients — some PPO, some Medicaid — and you'll need to bring your A-game to every chair. Our clinical team is experienced and efficient, and we expect the same from you. In return, you'll get consistent days, strong pay, and the satisfaction of genuinely impactful work.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

• Performing comprehensive restorative care: fillings, crowns, bridges, and molar endo
• Building trust with patients who may not have had consistent dental care — explaining treatment clearly, calming anxiety, and delivering care that changes outcomes
• Collaborating with a tight-knit clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
• Maintaining clinical excellence across all patient types, regardless of insurance

You're the Right Fit If You:

• Hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited institution with an active NY dental license in good standing
• Have 3 years of hands-on experience, including molar root canals and crown & bridge
• Are genuinely comfortable in a high-volume, mixed-payer environment — not just tolerant of it
• Communicate with patience and clarity, especially with patients who have limited dental experience
• Thrive with a full schedule and stay sharp under pressure
• Care about serving underserved communities as much as you care about clinical outcomes
