Outside Sales – Roofing & Exterior Services
We’re a growing roofing company looking for driven Outside Sales Representatives who aren’t afraid to get out there, knock doors, meet homeowners, and build honest relationships. We are building a supportive local team and leadership that values follow-through and accountability. Spanish as a second language is a plus!
This isn’t a sit-at-a-desk sales job. You’ll be performing roof inspections and meeting face-to-face with homeowners to help protect one of their biggest investments.
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential, plus advancement opportunities as our market continues to grow. We provide product, process, and training.
What the Job Looks Like
- Talking with homeowners in Branson, Nixa, Springfield and surrounding Southwest Missouri communities about roof inspections and repairs
- Generating leads through door knocking, referrals, and local networking
- Managing your own schedule and follow-ups
- Explaining the roofing and insurance process in a clear, honest way
- Building trust — not pressure-selling
