Complete Contractor Services is a veteran-owned property restoration company built on integrity, accountability, and service. We believe our people are the foundation of our success, and we are looking for a Construction Estimator with extensive knowledge of multiple estimating platforms and claims processing systems to include, Xactimate, Symbility/Cotality and Xactanalysis and shares our commitment to excellence and helping people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
If you are a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, a solid work ethic, and a passion for delivering accurate, timely estimates, we want to hear from you. Experience in residential construction or fire/water restoration estimating is required.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare accurate, detailed construction and restoration estimates using Xactimate, Xactanalysis and Symbility/Cotality and related estimating software
• Review project scopes, photos, and documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with carrier guidelines
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to develop clear and executable project plans
• Submit, track, and manage estimates through Xactanalysis, ensuring timely approvals and supplements
• Identify and justify supplements as needed to ensure proper project funding
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and carriers
• Ensure all estimate documentation is accurate, complete, and properly stored
• Uphold our brand promise, core values, and quality standards on every project
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends, as part of our new-loss response team
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years of estimating experience in construction or restoration required
• Extensive, hands-on experience with Xactimate, Xactanalysis and Symbility/Cotality is mandatory
• IICRC WRT, AMRT, ASD and FSRT certifications a plus
• Knowledge of the insurance claims process is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related software
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to continuous learning
• Strong business ethics, integrity, and accountability
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Industry certifications (IICRC, Lead, etc.) preferred but not required
