We are looking for a Service Desk Technician who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates well under pressure, and takes ownership of problems from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
As a Service Desk Technician, you’ll be the front line of support for our clients. You’ll work closely with our Service Desk Coordinator and engineering team to resolve issues quickly while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot Windows & Mac workstations, Microsoft 365, printers, networking, VoIP, and general business IT issues
- Provide remote support to end users
- Escalate issues appropriately when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely ticket documentation
- Follow CCS ticketing and escalation procedures
- Assist with workstation deployments, onboarding/offboarding users, and basic server/network support
- Help maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation when scheduled
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client experience
