Pay Range: $27/hr to $36/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities
As a Senior HVAC Service Technician specializing in residential services, you will:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
- Perform routine maintenance to optimize system performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Provide expert recommendations for repairs, replacements, and upgrades to homeowners.
- Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and parts used during service calls.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Stay updated with advancements in HVAC technology through company-provided training.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC service technician.
- Strong expertise in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems.
- EPA certification (Universal preferred).
- Familiarity with Trane, Generac, and Mitsubishi systems is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- A team player with the ability to mentor and lead by example.
