Pay Range: $16.00-22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
As an HVAC Installer, you will:
- Assist with the installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ventilation systems.
- Work on both residential and light commercial job sites under the guidance of experienced installers.
- Use basic hand tools and learn to read schematics and blueprints.
- Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers when needed.
- Keep job sites clean and organized and help track materials used.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction, mechanical, or HVAC-related work.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn-we will train the right candidate!
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- EPA certification is a bonus but not required to start.
