HVAC Service Technician

THE ROLE
You'll run residential HVAC service calls — diagnosing, repairing, and communicating clearly with homeowners every step of the way. The work is real and consistent. You'll be supported by a team that cares about your development, not just whether the job got done.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems across our service area
• Walk homeowners through what you found, what it means, and what their options are
• Represent Complete Comfort with integrity on every call
• Grow — technically, professionally, and in how you communicate with customers
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Experience in residential HVAC service (all experience levels welcome — let's talk)
• EPA 608 Certification preferred
• Comfortable talking to homeowners and explaining things clearly
• Someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to keep getting sharper
• Reliable, shows up, and does what they say they'll do
