Reports To: Parts Manager

Department: Sales

Essential Responsibilities

Reporting to CCW’s Parts Manager, the Outside Parts Sales Representative is responsible for fielding and managing customer orders through email, website, phone and direct customer contact.

Specific Responsibilities

• Travel to customers for order generation.
• Working in conjunction with inside sales.
• Customer order management.
• Researching and sourcing customers parts requirements.
• Providing price and lead times for parts order.
• Managing back orders and shipping priorities.
  
  

Relationship Management

• Expand CCW’s presence with new target accounts while deepening partnerships with existing accounts.
• Position CCW as a trusted advisor to customers by aligning our products and services with their operational needs.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• 5 years of customer service roles in automotive and/or heavy-duty aftermarket parts
• Knowledge of the transit bus market preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, time management and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven track record in sales, territory management and meeting targets.
  
  

Must Be Able To

• Use manual dexterity frequently.
• Sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Occasionally carry, lift, pull, and push up to 25 pounds of dead weight.
• Sit and stand.
