What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Registered Nurse position at Complete Choice Hospice?
As an RN, your responsibilities will include:
- Regularly assess nursing needs of the patient and implement nursing procedures appropriate for hospice care following doctor’s orders.
- Supervises LPNs and CNAs assigned to the same cases.
- Develop, implement, and re-evaluate the patient/family care plan in conjunction with IDG to meet needs and maintain continuity of care.
- Maintain proper records of visits to patients/families.
- Submit all notes within 48 hours of each visit.
- Ensuring quality patient care and maintaining compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state regulations.
Pay: $39.02 - $46.99 per hour
