The Opportunity

Complete Career Solutions is seeking a technically oriented and customer centric Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting K-12 educational institutions by being the key resource in ensuring our solutions are effectively implemented, configured, and utilized to the fullest potential. You will work collaboratively with our sales, support, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that help schools and educators succeed and thrive in a dynamic environment. Your problem-solving skills and ability to establish strong customer relationships will be essential in being a trusted partner for schools, nationwide!

This role is responsible for product implementation and configuration through pre, and post sales using customer collaboration to anticipate and interpret solutions that align with current and long-term goals. There is necessary proactive engagement to maintain relationships by sharing updates, insights, and best practices. While teaming up with Sales, Support, and Product teams you will use technical escalation and cross-functional advocacy to resolve complex technical issues that prioritize customer needs, requests, and advocate for solutions that align with expectations. This role is also responsible for maintaining accurate data in the CRM and providing comprehensive training to maximize utilization and engagement.

Requirements

  • User Provisioning Experience: Familiarity with Azure, Active Directory, and Google Admin Console.
  • Deployment Strategy: Knowledge of endpoint management tools like GPO, SCCM, Intune, or other similar solutions.
  • Networking Familiarity: Basic understanding of enterprise networking; Network Administrator experience is a plus.
  • Education / Work History: Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational setting or EdTech.
  • Client-Obsessed: A passion for building deep relationships with key stakeholders and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Cross-Functional Communicator: Ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly to a diverse audience, both in writing and verbally.
  • Detail-Oriented: Skilled at documenting and recording information accurately and with strong organizational habits.
  • Sales Support Experience: Prior experience providing technical support in sales is advantageous.
  • Collaborative and Independent: Adept at working both independently and as part of a team.
