As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct, compassionate care and support the well-being of our residents.
- Clinical Care: Administer medications accurately and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Observation: Meticulously report changes in resident conditions to the RN or physician.
- Leadership: Support the implementation of resident care plans and oversee CNA tasks.
- Compliance: Maintain precise electronic health records (EHR) in adherence to HIPAA and facility policies.
- License: Must hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Skills: Strong communication and the ability to provide high-quality, compassionate care.
- Experience: Familiarity with EHR is required; long-term care experience is preferred, but we will provide training for the right Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
