Responsibilities of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):
- Provide overall leadership and daily operational oversight of the facility
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Drive census growth, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical, financial, and regional leadership teams to achieve operational goals
- Monitor facility performance metrics including quality measures, staffing, budgeting, and reimbursement
- Lead department heads and develop a strong leadership culture throughout the building
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral sources, and community partners
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the State of Wisconsin
- Prior experience as an LNHA or Assistant Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, reimbursement, and healthcare operations
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
