Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning resident and common areas.
• Remove trash from resident rooms and common areas.
• Maintain inventory and stock housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Wash, dry, fold, sort, and label linens and resident laundry.
• Follow and oversee daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Interact with residents, families, and visitors in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Assist with training and supporting housekeeping and laundry team members.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Previous housekeeping and laundry experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Positive, energetic, and dependable attitude.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
