This is not a traditional pharmacy front-end position.
Complete Care Pharmacy is seeking a warm, energetic, and relationship-focused professional to become the face of our Pharmacy. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, building relationships, and creating exceptional experiences for every patient we serve.
Candidates who speak Spanish, Haitian creole, or Arabic with exceptional hospitality are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients warmly and ensure every patient feels valued and appreciated
- Create an exceptional first impression and maintain a welcoming envirnoment
- Serve as the primary connection between patients and the pharmacy team
- Help educate patient about available services including vaccinations, free delivery, blister packaging and much more
- Monitor patient flow and help ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Resolve patients concerns professionally, compassionately, and promptly
- Communicates effectively with pharmacist and rest of the team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy ennvirnoment
- Help identify opportunities to improve the patient experience.
- Lead by example and help foster a culture of exceptional customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
