Wellness Director-Registered Nurse-RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- Previous assisted living experience as a Wellness Director is preferred, but not required
- Prior experience managing staff required
- Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care
- Overseeing the implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration
- Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures
- Strong clinical and managerial skills
- Experience and knowledge of Point Click Care electronic medical record software
- Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrator
- Schedule: Full time, dayshift, on-call every other weekend requirement
